  • November 1, 2024 AmCham Dubai's HR Committee will brief the interested companies on the program and requirements
  • November 11 - companies will present to candidates an overview of their company and the opportunities available.

Once all is confirmed we will announce the program launch date

Revive and Thrive Returnship Program: Company Requirements

We are excited to partner with your company for the Revive and Thrive Returnship Program, designed to help women re-enter the workforce. Please review the following guidelines to align your offerings with the program's goals:


1. Returnship Roles. We encourage companies to offer returnship roles that focus on administrative and support functions, such as:

  • Administrative Assistance
  • Customer Service Support

2. Duration. Each returnship should last for a minimum of 3 months and should not exceed 6 months.

3. Key Skills. Please list the key skills candidates should possess for the returnship roles. These could include communication, organization, time management, basic tech proficiency, etc.

4. Number of Positions. Specify how many returnships your company will offer for this program.

5. Work Timeline. Please indicate the work schedule for the returnship role. A sample structure could be:

  • Monday to Thursday: Full workdays
  • Friday: Half-day or work-from-home option

6. Compensation. The program offers consistent compensation across all participating companies. Each intern should receive a salary. The AmCham HR Committee will share these guidelines with you.

7. Presentation of Learning. At the conclusion of the returnship, each participant should present to their head of department. The presentation should cover:

  • Key learnings
  • Professional development gained from the role
