He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance, a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree, and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Taxation.

Jimmy had the honor of speaking about international tax and wealth planning matters before the United Nations, the American Chamber of Commerce, and eBay and having consulted governments on improving their trust and foundation laws. He has also been quoted and published by media outlets including Forbes, CNN, the Washington Post, and Bloomberg, and proud to serve as the Chairman of the International Business Structuring Association's Middle East Chapter.

Derren Hayden Joseph, EA

Derren runs the US Tax Team at Moores Rowland Asia Pacific (30 offices across AsiaPAC) and is based in Singapore. He has successfully completed the Comparative Tax Program at Harvard University and is an EA (Enrolled Agent). As an EA, he has been admitted to practice before the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) to represent taxpayers in all 50 states and internationally. He has 2 Masters Degrees in Economics and a Certified Diploma from the ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in the UK).

Derren is a member of the Briefing Group advising The Rt. Hon. The Lord Mayor of the City of London on current and emerging international tax issues.

Derren enjoys writing and has published 3 books on taxation, one of which was an Amazon Best Seller in 2020.

Derren has given seminars on tax matters in the US, Europe, the Caribbean and across Asia.

• DRESS CODE - Applies to everyone, including the photographer & videographer. Members and Guests are expected to dress in a manner befitting the surroundings and atmosphere provided in the Club.
• Modern formal or smart casual (business-like) attire or national dress is the appropriate standard for both Members and guests alike.
• Leisurewear, such as gym wear, shorts (pants, dresses & skirts), ripped/torn jeans, flip-flops, round collar/v-collar t-shirts (without jacket worn on top), baseball caps are not permitted in the Club at any time, and access will be denied to anyone who does not abide by the dress code.
• Open shoes are only allowed for men and women wearing national attire. The Club's management shall have sole discretion to determine what is considered appropriate dress for any area of the Club. The Club reserves the right to deny Club access to any Member or Guest with scantily clad wear that is not befitting a modest attire per UAE culture and standards and fails to adhere to the dresscode policy.
