Event Details

While businesses try to catch up with the numerous changes over the last couple of years, and strive to offer more support to employees as they adapt to new working models while they race to retain and attract talent in a dynamic market, there still remains a gap in employee expectations and support provided by employers. This trend was identified in Cigna's 360 Wellbeing Survey where 57% wanted to quit their jobs as their needs were being unmet and 34% felt they have lack of mental health support.

To discuss these trends in detail, we would like to invite you to AmCham's latest session on Upskilling HR: Supporting Employee Mental Wellness. The session will also shed light on the evolved mental health needs and expectations of employees, and employer challenges. Panelists will also share challenges, best practices, and strategies that will aid employers in offering employees the mental health support required to cultivate a safe, engaging and productive environment at the workplace.
