The food safety summit series continues and will be held this year in Muscat, Oman, 15-16 May, 2023, with the main focus on "Food Additives and Sweeteners Safety". The summit is organized by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Michigan State University (MSU) and the Gulf Standardization Organization (GSO) in collaboration with Oman's Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Water Resources, Oman's Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Investments Promotions, AmCham Dubai Food & Beverages Regulations Committee and Oman's Food Safety Center.
