Join AmCham Dubai's HR Committee in partnership with Cigna Healthcare for a Roundtable Discussion surrounding the outcomes of P&G's Limitless- Diversity & Inclusion Program

P&G aims to create an environment where all employees are well-equipped with disability fluency, thus understanding and knowing how to interact and work with persons with a disability. This helps create a more inclusive workplace and company culture where employees with a disability and employees with disabled dependents feel valued, and included and can perform at their peak. We aspire to create a world where equality and inclusion are achievable for all, driving growth and creating value for our employees, through our brands, with our partners, and in communities.

From this vision, we launched our region-wide Limitless program, for inclusion of People with Disabilities (PwD), and recently we had very successful examples and learnings. Our global accessibility lead – Sam Latif – will be in Dubai on the 16th of Feb, and we are using this opportunity to have a round table discussion with key stakeholders in the industry around the accessibility of the workplace and inclusion of PwD.
